How deletion works

1. Sign in to the account you want removed.
2. Re-enter your password and submit a deletion request.
3. Fixy staff verify ownership, review linked roles and operational records, then perform cleanup.
4. You will not see “Account deleted” at submit time — only “Deletion request received”.

What we remove

• Login ability (email/phone identifiers released; account deactivated).
• Sessions, API tokens and push-notification device tokens.
• CNIC and other verification document files where stored for the provider.
• Applicable uploaded receipts and personal fields on addresses/bookings (anonymized or cleared).

What may be retained

Limited booking, payment or commission records may be retained only where needed to resolve a transaction, prevent fraud or meet an applicable obligation. Retention is case-specific — we do not keep all CNIC or financial data by default. Details are explained when they apply to your request.

Hosting backups and some third-party processing records are outside automated cleanup; see our Privacy Policy.

Active bookings and commission

Open jobs or unpaid commission do not silently block your request. Staff will review them before completing cleanup so operational issues are handled without leaving the request stuck forever.

Cannot sign in?

Email fixypakistan@gmail.com with subject “Fixy account deletion”. Include the phone number or email registered with Fixy. Do not include your password or CNIC images.
